Plates, press, finishing and fulfillment all happen under one roof, so people here learn the whole process rather than one station of it. An operator who starts on a 10.5-inch press can end up running the 16.5-inch Gidue, or move into finishing, or into prepress.
Two shifts means there is real scheduling flexibility, and a plant that has run in the same building for more than 40 years is not a job that relocates out from under you.
